MAJOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
£40K BASIC + 30% Bonus - UNCAPPED + CAR + BENS

Working with one of the biggest players in the Facilities Management industry, the key to this role is maintaining and growing business within the Major Accounts sector of the business. Clients that would typically fall into the FTSE 100, Fortune 500 lists!

Managing a portfolio of accounts (circa 12) worth circa £5 Million annually to the business, you should come from a background of key account management, being able to demonstrate how to effectively retain business and increase spend throughout the UK. A large part of this role is working with buying consortiums and negotiating framework agreements to increase sales. You should be familiar with account mapping techniques, including SWOT analysis, safe guarding clients by increasing buyers and developing stronger relationships on every level.

You should be a credible sales person with the ability and confidence to present to a board however have the hunger and driving personality to get your hands dirty and work on a regional basis with accounts to ensure the service levels are reached! We need a natural negotiator and someone who thrives on increasing business from existing accounts!

A large part of this role is channel management, ensuring you increase spend through buying consortiums and working closing with the dedicated national team to drive business on a regional level into these accounts.

To be successful you should be able to demonstrate retaining and growing accounts throughout the UK. You should have a background in developing high value, complex accounts with branch locations extending 2000 sites. Be well organised with the ability to develop outstanding relationships both externally and internally.
