With a strong foothold in the UK market, this business takes its offering to clients, architects, contractors and housing associations alike, ensuring a complete approach to market.
We are now looking for a successful technical sales professional to work the Birmingham patch. A technical sales background is a must. With the ability to liaise with consultants and architects, advising them at early stages of the build on HVAC products. To be successful you must have a background in selling into commercial projects, pitching to consultants to ensure specification of your brand! Using the already strong relationships in place, you shall effectively go to market to ensure you are pitching every project, working hard to sell this full portfolio of heating and ventilation products and services. You shall also search for new leads using, relationships you have developed over your career or obtain from your existing contacts, databases, awareness of the market etc.
Working in partnership with a rep who pitches to the contractor to ensure your spec's are chosen, you two shall canvass the area, maximising your success through activity, relationship building skills, networking. Your bonus is based on the number of jobs spec'd and it is uncapped, we want someone who pushes themselves to the top, winning awards for top achiever!
A strong background in the HVAC, pump, mechanical industry with proof of success in selling into the consultant market is desired, however we may consider one or the other.
