CONTRACT POSITION: CUSTOMER DATA AND PROCESS COMPLIANCE PROJECT MANAGER

LOCATION HIGH WYCOMBE

SALARY: £25,000 P/A BASIC

The Business:
This client is one of the UK's leading waste management businesses with a recent injection of £1Billion to fund their continued development. This business has an increased sales function and requires the right candidate to develop and monitor the data input and maintenance.

The Role:
The central purpose of this role will be to take the processes for data creation and management and define, and implement best practice.
The candidate will be expected to operate both strategically and operationally and demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvements.
The role will lead improvement projects which will involve working closely with IT delivering business solutions based on robust process design and implementation delivered through deployment of enabling technologies.

Purpose of role:
o To manage the delivery of the processes and ways of working to create and maintain customer data through an office based team and management of automated processes.
o To define, design and deliver data cleansing and auditing activity on an on-going basis
o To develop standard reporting packs for distribution throughout the business on programmes of customer activity and process compliance monitoring.
o To work with the Head of Customer Experience to identify opportunities for process improvements to deliver service improvements.
o To identify technology improvements to reduce cycle times, reduce cost to serve and improve levels of accuracy.

Essential qualifications/experience:
o Excellent IT skills - Must have Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio and a knowledge of reporting software such as Business Objects/Crystal would be disirable
o To have experience of managing customer data and an understanding of best practice for the creation and maintenance of master data.
o To have experience of process design and documentation
o To have overseen the successful delivery of programmes of customer activity
