Our current focus is to find an experienced business development manager to join one of the UK’s most prolific clients who specialise in the provision of Printing and Coding equipment into the Manufacturing and Industrial sector.

Our Client has thrived in recent months-unfazed by the recent ‘wobble’ in the economy; they offer you not just a great financial package with great bonus schemes, but also realistic targets to help you progress through their structured career paths. The most important thing is despite the market please being a place of uncertainty at present, our client offer you STABILITY.

We are seeking individuals with a proven track record of selling capital equipment and be able to demonstrate your successes and performance to target effectively. This role is not for the faint hearted; you will utilize your initiative and develop strategies to success by conducting your own market research, generating your own leads and consulting clients on prospective visits. Selling into manufacturers, you will be expected to demonstrate a great understanding of production lines and business processes that your equipment will work in tandem with.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Able to find creative and innovative solutions to the customer’s needs both technically and commercially.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling capital equipment; into the Industrial Market (desired though not essential)
  • Can effectively cope with change decide and act without having the total picture.
  • Resilience and determination to keep going despite facing setbacks and rejections.

We are seeking hungry, tenacious new business ‘hunters’ who enjoy calling into New Businesses and building relationships with their clients.
