Logical Resources, after being shortlisted as a finalist for two years running, have won the National Sales Awards 2009 Sales Recruitment agency of the year.
The recognition from the National Sales Awards is a result of two years of hard work and commitment to providing quality rather than quantity to a number of Blue Chip clients recruiting Sales Staff. Logical Resources cover all roles from Telesales to Sales Directors and have gained preferred supplier status with an enviable list of clients. Even in the downturn, Logical Resources have provided the best service possible to their clients and a real understanding of their needs has led to an excellent conversion rate of CV's submitted to interviews to placements. This makes for a more streamlined recruitment process and , in turn, saves busy clients a lot of time and money.
The National Sales Awards programme, unlike many others, has a very rigorous and robust judging process. Over 120 independent judges from a variety of industry sectors including many senior sales and marketing personnel, consultants and academics are involved in assessing the submission documents and the final presentations. Presentations to a judging panel for short-listed finalists took place in November and December 2008 at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Cookham, Berkshire and were attended on behalf of Logical Resources by Gill Dumigan, Regional Sales manager and Rob Carlton, Group Managing Director.
