Logical Resources Confirmed as an Investor in People

Logical Resources Trades have started the New Year by being confirmed as an Investor in People by YHAL.
Ben Lerner, Managing Director commented, "It is nice to get external recognition for the committment and effort we put in to training and developing our internal staff. We have spent a lot of time defining out values and making sure that our offering aligns with those our clients are looking for. Most of our staff are currently undertaking personal development and GNVQ Certification, coupled with motivational and vocational training, we look forward to it paying off."
Logical Resources Trades have dug deep in a changeable market and used the recent downturn to identify, address and implement a training program to compliment the skills of the staff. The staff have been exploring new markets and have used the time afforded to them to underatnd the intricacies of new sectors.
Logical Resource have also committed ISO:9001 and intend on undertaking the assessment in early 2010.
