Shutdowns, general maintenance, new build, and alterations can all be covered with our manpower. We have experience covering all vetting requirements (SC, DV, Sellafield, Magnox, BE etc) and providing Suitably Qualified Experienced Personnel to site.  All qualifications tickets and experience are checked before they are placed onto our database and we monitor all expiry dates. Many of our candidates have worked with us for many years and we have created core gangs that work for us consistently. We understand timescales involved in projects, the importance and fines often associated with late delivery and offer complete managed services where applicable.

 

Often we work with our clients senior management forecasting labour provisions and allowing costs to be agreed from the start. However we can provide a service for short and long term, contingency and emergency requirements.

 

Payments and rates can be set through rate books or negotiated independently Currently we work with JIB, CIJC, OCA, NAECI, TICA, etc and whilst appreciating the complexities involved within the payments structures we control all the process making sure it is correct. Working within such sensitive heavily unionised environments we really understand how important this is to prevent IR.
