Salary: Ranged between levels of experience + Uncapped Commission scheme + Company pension + Private Healthcare

Talent Management is a fantastic industry if you possess the ability to deliver against your promises! I say talent management as opposed to ‘recruitment’ because we provide a range of solutions which eclipse the traditional ‘search and selection’ model.

Upon starting with our organisation you will walk through the doors of our retro 3rd floor office wing at Crown house and firstly be presented with what I can describe as the best commission scheme I have seen within my 7 years in the industry.

Once the shock has settled in, you will then be given a full training brief from both of our UK company directors Kurt, Rob and the team, alongside an intro to our Australian MD, Gill.

You will immediately be given exposure to a range of house accounts to cut your teeth and fine tune your craft and see what ‘good looks like’ to our clients.

Within your first month you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of any target clients we establish within your vertical with the long term aim of creating a self-sustainable network and talent community, reducing the need for external candidate sourcing methods, and increasing the value of your own personal network.

Through proactive business development and a consultative approach, you will create a desk of trusted clients who trust and confide in YOU as opposed to the ‘business’.

You will then succeed in hitting your monthly, quarterly and annual sales figures and be part of one of the three annual foreign incentive trips (all expenses paid) and progress into divisional management, business leadership and acquire shares in the company before becoming a major shareholder in your own division.
