Role: Regional Sales Manager

Location: South East UK

Salary: up to £70,000 Basic salary, £120,000 OTE (uncapped), company car, plus excellent benefits

We are working with one of the most influential technology businesses in the UK. Our client is a FTSE100 organisation with global reach and an excellent portfolio of solutions impacting the human element of a business.

This organisation offers a range of software, hardware and professional services solutions into SME, mid-market and enterprise clients.

Working in a field based capacity, the Regional Sales Manager within this team will be hands on, coaching, developing and growing the eixsting sales funciton as well as assisting the team in developing relationships with both current clients and growing brand exposure to new clients across the region through shadowing.

With over 10,000 employees globally and a strong support network of Pre-sales, marketing and operational teams, you really do have the platform to succeed.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accurate forecasting vs monthly and annual target
  • Full sales cycle management training of the BD team with support from internal teams
  • Needs analysis, product demonstration and account mapping
  • Understanding and developing further knowledge around a SaaS and service led sales process.
  • Repotring directly to the Chief Sales Officer

We are searching for a strong sales management professional ideally working with IT , HR and Operational decision makers. Exposure to the technology market or a familiarity with selling license based / cloud based software solutions is highly desirable.
