Salary: £45,000 OTE £15,000 plus Car, Fuel card, phone, iPad, Pension, childcare vouchers etc.

As a Regional sales manager, you will be responsible for the following
- Managing a team of 8 field sales professionals
- Monthly 1-2-1 meetings
- Visits to large existing accounts or high potential customers
- KPI management of team
- Development and mentoring of sales team
- 3 days per week in field visits with individuals in your team
- Planning and objective setting
- Implementation of any identified training requirements
We are looking for self-motivated and driven sales manager with a warm and engaging personality. Minimum of 3 years managing an external field sales team desirably in the hospitality sector, however not essential. You must come from a background of great structure and organisation given the nature of the role. We are looking for a proven track record that can be demonstrated at interview. The successful candidate will be in a similar role currently, and wants to progress their career in a growing organisation that can offer both financial and commercial rewards.
